The Company uses collected personal information within the scope of the following purposes.
- Provision, authentication, identity verification, and support for the Service
- Execution of Service functions including interview scenario generation, AI mock interviews, evaluation and history management
- Prevention of unauthorized use, security maintenance, and incident response
- Responding to inquiries and communicating important notices
- Analysis for service improvement and new feature development (conducted after anonymization/aggregation where possible)
- Handling violations of the Terms of Service
- Compliance with laws and other incidental purposes
Article 4 (Provision to Third Parties)
The Company will not provide personal information to third parties without prior consent, except as required by law. However, the Company may entrust the handling of personal information to external service providers (cloud platforms, email delivery, analytics, etc.) to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose of use. In such cases, the Company will appropriately supervise such providers.

Personal information may be processed overseas depending on the data storage region of the cloud services used. In such cases, necessary measures will be taken in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information.

Article 7 (Retention Period)
Personal information is retained for the period necessary for the purpose of use. After the retention period expires, data will be deleted or anonymized in accordance with applicable laws. Specific retention periods are set within the Service settings or as otherwise specified.

In accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, users may request disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, or suspension of use of their personal information held by the Company. Article 11 (Changes to this Policy)
