Article 1 (Application)
These Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms") set forth the conditions for using the services related to the "AI Interview Training System" (hereinafter "Service") provided by HIROGOHANOI (hereinafter "Company"). Users agree to these Terms when using the Service.
Article 2 (Definitions)
In these Terms, the following terms have the following meanings.
- "User": An individual or member of an organization using the Service
- "Administrator": A person authorized to contract and configure the Service on behalf of an organization
- "Content": Information entered or uploaded by users to the Service and data generated on the Service
Article 3 (Service Description)
The Service provides features to support interview practice, including AI voice conversation, automatic question generation, evaluation and feedback, history management, etc. The details and specifications of features are defined separately by the Company. The Company may add, modify, or discontinue features.
Article 4 (Accounts)
Users must register accurate and up-to-date information and are responsible for managing their account credentials and passwords. Lending or transferring accounts to third parties is prohibited. In the event of unauthorized use of an account, the Company may take measures such as suspending access.
Article 5 (Prohibited Actions)
Users must not engage in the following actions when using the Service.
- Actions that violate laws or public order
- Actions that infringe on the rights of the Company, other users, or third parties
- Actions that interfere with Service operations, unauthorized access, reverse engineering, etc.
- Registering false information or impersonation
- Actions that place excessive load, improper use of automated tools
- Any other actions the Company deems inappropriate
Article 6 (AI-Generated Content and Evaluations)
Questions, evaluations, feedback, voice output, etc. generated by the Service are produced by AI and are not guaranteed to always be accurate or complete. Final decisions regarding hiring, contracts, or education are the responsibility of the user. The Company shall not be liable for damages arising from reliance on such output, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by the Company.
Article 7 (Disclaimer)
The Service is provided "as-is." The Company makes no warranty that the Service will meet users' specific purposes, have expected features or value, or be free of defects. Even if damages occur to a user due to reasons attributable to the Company, the Company's liability for compensation is limited to the usage fees paid by the user in the month the damage occurred, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by the Company.
Article 8 (Intellectual Property Rights)
Intellectual property rights related to software, designs, manuals, trademarks, etc. associated with the Service belong to the Company or legitimate rights holders. Users may not reproduce, modify, distribute, etc. beyond the scope of use permitted under these Terms. Copyright for content entered by users belongs to the user, but the Company may use and reproduce it to the extent necessary to provide and improve the Service.
Article 9 (Suspension and Termination)
If a user violates these Terms, the Company may suspend all or part of the Service or delete the user's registration without prior notice. Users may cancel their service agreement through the procedures within the Service or by the method specified by the Company.
Article 10 (Changes to Terms)
The Company may modify these Terms. Modified Terms take effect from the time they are posted on the Service. If users continue to use the Service after changes, they are deemed to have agreed to the changes.
Article 11 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Japan. In the event of a dispute relating to the Service, the Tokyo District Court shall be the court of exclusive jurisdiction for the first instance.
